Here's a puzzler for you:
(Do it in your head; no cheating now)

Take 1000 and add 40.
Now add 1000 and now add 30.
Now add 1000 and now add 20.
Now add 1000 and now add 10.

What did you get?

5000?






WRONG!!!
Try it on your calculator and see just how easily you can be tricked. Now go try it on your favorite victim...maybe that cocky teenager who knows everything or maybe your friend at work. It's great fun! And no one I've tried it on today has gotten it right yet.
